Contact Paris Champagne Tours
A question about a tour we list, a correction, or a request to be considered? Write to us and a person will read it.
How to reach us
Email hello@parischampagnetours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Nearly every tour we list refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, and any that does not says so on its card.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. House opening days change with the season, meeting points move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.
Operators
If you run champagne tours from Paris or Reims and want a listing considered, send the product page. Placement is not for sale; how tours are chosen is set out in our affiliate disclosure.
Where the official information is
Reims tourist office
Office de Tourisme du Grand Reims, 6 rue Rockefeller, 51100 Reims, France, on the cathedral square. Its station information point is on the Cour de la Gare.
Épernay tourist office
Office de Tourisme Épernay en Champagne, 7 avenue de Champagne, 51200 Épernay, France.
The champagne houses
Each house answers for its own visits, prices and opening days on its own website. The region's trade body, the Comité Champagne, publishes the figures on the appellation and the harvest at champagne.fr.
Where the tours meet
The shared days from Paris meet at fixed points such as Boulevard Saint-Germain, Place d'Italie and Avenue des Ternes, or collect you from your hotel. The Reims days start at the tourist office on the station forecourt, and the Seine cruises at Port de Suffren and Port de Javel. Each tour's own point is on its booking page and in visiting Champagne.
